International Golf Adventures Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS – A $300.00 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation. Some destinations and some customized programs require a higher deposit amount. Full payment is required no later than 60 days prior to departure. If full payment is not received 60 days prior to travel, your reservations may be canceled without notice and cancellation penalties applied per the Cancellation Policy.

PRICING – All prices are valid at time of printing and based on exchange rates in effect at that time. All prices are subject to change without notice and may change with a 2% or greater fluctuation in exchange rates. Prices are guaranteed at time of final payment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES – Gift certificates are available for purchase for all International Golf Adventures golf holidays.

AIR TRAVEL – If air tickets are provided by International Golf Adventures, cost of airfare is also due at time of reservation. Air tickets provided by International Golf Adventures are non refundable. Prices quoted are not guaranteed until air tickets are purchased which may result in a higher or lower cost than quoted. International Golf Adventures is not responsible for cancelled or delayed flights. Tickets issued by International Golf Adventures may or may not be accepted by airlines frequent flyer programs.

HANDICAPS – All golfers should carry a current handicap card or certificate which may be required by some golf clubs featured in our tours. Maximum handicap restrictions apply for some courses. Failure to show a handicap certificate may result in your being refused access to some golf clubs. Some golf clubs may accept a letter of reference from your local golf professional which states your handicap, in lieu of handicap certificates. International Golf Adventures can provide reference letters for a fee of $30.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Written notice of your cancellation should be mailed or faxed to International Golf
Adventures as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
The deposit amount is non refundable.
50% of tour cost will be charged between 59 and 30 days prior to departure
75% of tour cost will be charged between 29 and 15 days prior to departure
No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of departure.
No refunds will be made for unused portions of the itinerary. International Golf Adventures reserves the right to cancel,
change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any time for any reason. FOR UK DESTINATIONS ONLY: No Refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure.

LAST-MINUTE RESERVATIONS: Bookings received 60 days or less prior to departure will be accepted only on full payment basis plus $50 last-minute booking fee. If requested services cannot be confirmed, all money will be refunded. If services are confirmed, all applicable cancellation penalties will apply.

CHANGES – Any changes made by the customer after a tour has been booked and confirmed will be subject to a $35 per person charge, plus any expenses imposed by suppliers as a result of these changes. FOR UK DESTINATIONS ONLY: The change fee shall be $80 rather than $35 per person,

INSURANCE – Trip cancellation and travel insurance is highly recommended. Information regarding travel insurance is provided to all clients with confirmed reservations or upon request. Clients who choose not to purchase travel insurance are required to sign an Insurance Waiver Agreement. Clients who are residents of the European Union or United Kingdom are required to have adequate insurance cover.

GOLF COURSE SELECTION – All golf is subject to availability. Golf courses of similar standing may be substituted without notice. The sequence of the courses listed in your itinerary may also change due to course availability.

SOFT SPIKES – Soft spikes are required on all courses unless otherwise stated.

CAR RENTAL – Drivers must be 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Unlimited mileage, local value added taxes (VAT), and collision damage waiver insurance (CDW) are included. Rates do not include gasoline and personal accident insurance. Prices are based on 24 hour clock period. Additional payment may be required based on pick up and drop off times. Major credit card or cash security deposit may be required at time of rental.

CARTS AND CADDIES – Electric carts are available on a limited basis at most courses, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Some courses require the use of caddies whether or not electric carts are used. Some courses allow the use of electric carts only with a physician’s medical certificate. Cost of electric carts and caddies is not included in the price of the tour unless stated otherwise.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Will be provided in accordance with the itinerary or similar. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of similar standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. All rooms are standard twin or double bedded rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically paid for an upgraded room category. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel’s management. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. All hotel rates are based on International Golf Adventures agreements with its suppliers and are not negotiable. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late night flight is being used.

REFUNDS – There will be no refunds for unused package tour services or features, including missed transfers due to airline changes and/or missed flights, unused meals, missed sightseeing tours, missed tee-times, unused entrance fees, and accommodations. No terms set forth in this brochure may be changed by anyone other than an authorized representative of International Golf Adventures, and in order for those changes to be deemed acceptable, they must be documented in writing. International Golf Adventures is not obliged to guarantee promises (written or verbal) made by local hotel staff, tour guides, local agents, or any other persons not under direct employ of International Golf Adventures.

RESPONSIBILITIES – International Golf Adventures has contracted with independent contractors in securing the services provided in their tours and is not responsible or liable for any negligent act and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, or representatives. International Golf Adventures gives notice that in issuing coupons, vouchers or tickets for travel or transport by any means, for golf, hotels or other accommodations,
they are acting not as principals but as agents only for the companies, corporations or persons providing or offering their service. International Golf Adventures is not responsible or liable, with respect to person or property, for any loss,
damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however sustained or suffered during any trip or tour arranged by them.
Furthermore, customer waives any claim against International Golf Adventures, its employees, agents and principals for (a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind; (b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment,
mental distress or other similar matter; (c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of
accommodations or other services, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates; and (d) any cancellation or double booking of reservations beyond the direct control of International Golf Adventures. International Golf Adventures does not accept any responsibility for losses or other additional expenses due to delays or changes,
quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes. Any such losses or expenses are to be born by the customer.

PERSONAL REASSURANCE – Our local partners and agents are carefully chosen to ensure that they are the very
best at what they do. In addition, all clients are given the personal cell phone number of the Company President and CEO to contact throughout their trip if necessary. If in any case our local agents or staff are not able to resolve your issue, we invite you to call straight to the top, and time day or night.

TRAVEL COMFORT – We know that international air travel can be tiring. For that reason, we want you to have
access to the VIP business lounges in the airports, even if you are flying coach class. For all clients who are not flying business class, or do not have access to an airport lounge via their credit card, we will provide vouchers for day passes to business lounges in your airport of departure on both legs of your journey.

GROUP LEADERS, TRAVEL AGENTS AND RESELLERS – Warrant that each traveler has reviewed the preceding
Terms and Conditions and that furthermore each customer fully understands that they are subject to the said Terms and Conditions.
